Complete design project

1. Initial meeting & signing the contract

We meet online or in person to discuss your project, define your goals, and answer any initial questions. Once everything is agreed, we sign the contract. A 50% deposit confirms the project and allows work to begin.

2. Project brief

To create an interior tailored to your lifestyle, I gather detailed information about your needs, preferences, daily routines, and budget.

3. Site survey & measurements

I visit the property to take accurate measurements and document the space with photographs and videos. Architectural drawings or measurements can be provided by the client or contractor.

4. Space planning

I develop several layout options, exploring furniture placement, circulation, and zoning. Together we review the alternatives and select the solution that works best for your space and lifestyle.

5. Materials, Furniture & Lighting Selection

Based on the approved layout, I curate all finishing materials, furniture, lighting, and key interior elements. Depending on the selected service package, you receive detailed specifications with images, prices, and supplier information.

6. Technical Documentation

I prepare a complete set of technical drawings for construction, including demolition and partition plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical and lighting plans, wall elevations, custom joinery details, and all other documentation required to ensure a smooth construction process and a result that faithfully reflects the design concept.

7. 3D Visualisation

3D visualisations allow you to experience the future interior before construction begins, giving you confidence in every design decision.

8. Project Handover & Final Payment

Once the project is completed, I hand over the full design documentation and we sign the project completion documents. The remaining balance is paid at this stage.

Optional: Site Supervision

If required, I can supervise the implementation of the project to ensure that every detail is executed according to the design documentation. This service is provided under a separate agreement.

Each project is individually priced based on its scope, complexity, and timeline.
